Summary
When using SoftLINK, it is not possible to restrict the mouse and keyboard during a chat session.

Details
While the chat window is open, the client regains full control of their mouse and keyboard. Otherwise, the chat session would be pointless because the client would be unable to chat with the Tutor.  As soon as the Tutor ends the chat session, the client loses all keyboard and mouse control and the Tutor gains full control over the client once more.
