Summary
It is possible to view how much data is being transmitted and the compression rate between the SoftLINK Client and Tutor while viewing the client workstation.
Details
If you would like to see how much data is being is transmitted while viewing a client, do the following:
1) While viewing a client select {help} {about} at the top of the view session
2) Next select the {Compression} tab
This tab will provide you with all the details regarding the amount of compressed and un-compressed data that has been transmitted between the Tutor and Client PC during the current session. Later releases of SoftLINK also have a reset button so that you can reset the counters.
